Statewide Special Election for SSAP/RPSP Leadership

UAW 4811 will hold a special election August 20-21 to fill newly-created positions on the Joint Council for the Student Services and Advising Professionals (SSAP)/Research and Public Service Professionals (RPSP) Unit (note that as of July 13, the SSAP and RPSP Units were merged into a single unit by agreement with UC, triggering consolidation of officer positions according to Article 26, Section 2 of the Local Union Bylaws).

Nominations open on July 29 at 9 AM. All union members are automatically nominated to run. The deadline to accept your nomination is August 5 at 11:59 PM. Further information will follow soon about the election and instructions on how to accept the nomination if you are interested in running for one of these positions.
